Shipping & Returns

How we ship your candles, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong. We try to keep this simple and human.

1. Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states plus DC, via USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship internationally yet — we hope to start in 2027.

2. Shipping rates

$8.50 flat rate within the continental US. Free over $75. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are calculated at checkout.

3. Processing time

In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders take 3–4 weeks (wedding favors 4–6). Holiday orders should be placed by December 12 for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

4. Tracking

Every order gets USPS tracking, emailed to you when the box leaves our studio.

5. Damaged in transit

It happens occasionally — glass and post don't always agree. If your candle arrives broken or damaged, email us a photo of the damage within 7 days at bing@kashmiradesign.com and we'll send a free replacement on the next shipping day. No need to return the broken one.

6. Returns

Because candles are personal-use items, we don't accept returns on used candles. Unused candles in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a refund, less original shipping. You pay return shipping.

7. Wrong scent

If you ordered something and decide it's not for you (it's hard picking scents online), email us — we'll swap it for any other scent at the same price, you just pay the return shipping. No restocking fee.

8. Local pickup

Free, by appointment, at the Cypress studio. Choose "local pickup" when you inquire.
