1. Who we are

Kashmira Design is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Carol Dolinsky in Cypress, Texas, USA. Our business address is 13903 Claymont Hill Dr, Cypress, TX 77429.

2. Orders & pricing

All orders are confirmed via email after your inquiry. Prices on the site are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (rare, but it happens — usually for stock reasons).

3. Custom & wedding orders

Custom orders require a 50% deposit at confirmation; balance due before shipment. Cancellations more than 4 weeks before the needed-by date receive a full refund minus a $50 design fee. Cancellations inside 4 weeks forfeit the deposit.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, logo, scent names, fragrance descriptions — is the property of Kashmira Design and is protected by US and international copyright. Please don't copy our descriptions or photos without written permission. Ask us — we'll often say yes.

6. Disclaimers

Candles are an open flame and must be treated with care. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use. Always follow the safety instructions on the bottom of each candle. Do not leave a burning candle unattended.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashmira Design's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
