What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device so it can remember something about you between page loads. Most websites use them; ours uses only a small handful.

The cookies we use

Strictly necessary — always on. These make the site work. They remember your cookie choice, keep the site secure, and let you use the contact form.

Analytics — only if you accept. These help us understand which pages are read most and how visitors find us. They do not identify you personally.

Advertising — only if you accept. We occasionally run small paid campaigns on Microsoft Advertising and other networks to help San Diego homeowners find our studio.

How to change your choice

You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser — when you next visit, the banner will reappear. You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser's settings.

Third-party providers

Analytics and advertising cookies, when enabled, are set by Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation respectively. We have data-processing agreements in place with both providers.

Do Not Track

Most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” option. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of it, we treat “Do Not Track” as a signal to load only strictly necessary cookies until you make an explicit choice.
